Overview
- Comics are made up of panels.
- Each panel represents a scene in which something happens.
- Add panels, fill them with creativity, rinse, repeat, save.
Layout Mode?

The first thing you will see when you start up is a lone panel.
Here you can:
- Add additional panels
- Move panels around
- Resize panels
- delete panels
- Start Zoom Mode
Zoom Mode?
Zoom mode is entered by clicking the button 'edit panel' <<<Change to Enter Zoom Mode>>>. Zoom mode is entered when you want to edit the contents of a panel. This is where you add characters, props, text, backgrounds to create your story.
When you enter Zoom mode you will notice a different UI (user interface). Because you are adding content to the panel in this mode, you have many more buttons available.
- At the top of the screen is all of your toon specific buttons. These buttons only show when a toon is selected. To select a toon, click on it or use the Part Organizer?.
- At the bottom of the screen is the Toon Library?
- Floating somewhere in the middle is the Part Organizer?

Panels
These Rectangular creations serve one purpose and one purpose only. To hold all the cool stuff you want to include in your comic.
Toons?
Toons are what make comics great. Toons include Characters, Backgrounds, Text Boxes, and Props. They are the meat and potatoes of your comic.
Props?
Props are, well, props. Props can grow or shrink, rotate, move, and be colored, but they cannot be posed. Examples: Table, Chair, Cloud, Apple, Magic Wand.
Characters?
haracters are created by the hard work of users like you. Using the Character Maker?, a custom character can be created, and then added to comics.
Note: If you are logged into your user account, you will see your custom created characters. If not, you will see the default guest created characters.
Text Boxes?
Hello.
Are you baking fish sticks?
Yes.
Goodbye.
Hint:Use textboxes if you need words in your comic.
Part Organizer?
The Part Organizer is a magnificent tool to help you sort through the objects in your panel. Every toon in the panel can be seen with a quick glance. This tool becomes very useful if you make advanced comics with many, many objects.
Saving?
So you actually did it huh? You may have thought, "I'll never make a comic in my life!", but alas you were wrong. Congratulations!
